All communications with the host was a breeze, check-in was simple and it was cozy as described in the listing. We did have 2 elders in the group who were not able to walk to the downtown area from the condo as its more of a convenience to drive. It would be do-able to walk but we hit the storm of terencal rains the first week of December unfortunately. No real issues to note besides no cable tv, streaming only via your own subscriptions. This little condo is perfect for a small family looking to stay close to the action and in a comfy, clean and welcoming home. I just wish we had been there longer so we would have time to enjoy it more. I really appreciated some of the touches that went beyond expectations like throw blankets available in the living room, Kleenex available several places, and coffee grounds and filters for our morning coffee. it just felt very warm and comfortable.
