BlueMoon - quiet, private, secluded

This site is located in a 138 wooded acres in a private game preserve. There is abundance of wildlife, 6+ miles of marked hiking trails throughout the forested terrain for guests to use during their stay. The entire BlueMoon private campsite is on approximately 1 acre. A large portion being a recreational area that can be used for various outdoor activities. The entire site is solar powered with a battery back-up. There is also numerous solar and 12v lights illuminating the site at night.
This unique space is fully furnished for those who may not have or want to set up their own camping equipment. Included is a picnic table, fire pit, 1-12' x 15' Coleman tent w/screened in porch, 1 full size bed on frame w/ 8" memory foam mattress & 1 deluxe twin air mattress, 1-10'x10' tent w/1 twin size air mattress, 1- 12'x12' canopy/ shelter, 1 1- large tree hammock, indoor camp kitchen w/Coleman tabletop grill, 20# propane tank, camp sink w/5 gallons water, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cooler w/ice packs that last up to 3 days, indoor flushing camp toilet in a tent.

My 2020 Covid policy:

In order to continue to protect our guests and cleaning service, I will be strictly adhering to all NY State, Allegany County, WNY, and VRBO policies and procedures during all re-opening phases.

Until further notice this site will be vacant for a minimal of 3 days between guests.

Extra guests:
There is a $15.00 charge per person per night for extra guests.

Dogs:
We are dog friendly with exceptions & conditions. Due to all of the wildlife and other guests using the common trails we require all untrained dogs to be on a fixed chain or leash at all times while outdoors. License & shots required as well. Guest will be held liable for any and all damages incurred from dog. There is a $25.00 charge for dogs.

A extra large coleman xtreme cooler with 3 large frozen ice packs that will last 2-3 days, a propane buddy heater and lantern is provided(must purchase 1# propane tanks

Extra provisions available:
Campfire wood:$5.00 a bundle.
#1 propane tanks for the Buddy heater and lantern: $7.00 per tank
Please let me know prior to your stay if you want me to supply any of these extras.

Use of trails:
No vehicles allowed on trails and roads other than to the cabin/tent site entrances. When hiking, please use detailed trail map & stay on marked trails taking care not to enter adjacent, posted properties. Please do not enter "private" areas or other sites marked on the trail map. Please respect other hikers.

Campfires:
Fires must stay within the perimeter of fire ring. No burn policy enforced when town declares one. Fire must be extinguished prior to retiring. Guest can gather kindling only. No cutting any standing or downed trees permitted

Illegal drug use:
Sadly, as you are aware, our nation is experiencing one of the worst drug epidemics in history. In order to support the health & well being of all of our patrons and of this community there IS TO BE NO USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS on this property. If evidence of illegal drug use is found during or following your stay the authorities will be notified for further investigation.

Garbage:
Carry in-carry out policy

No smoking allowed on the property

No hunting, fishing, trapping or foraging, target shooting, discharge of fireworks or firearms, bows etc.

No vehicles allowed past the parking areas.

Please keep the site pristine.

Do not use or dispose of any cleaning/bathing chemicals that are not certified as Eco-friendly
