This secluded cabin is in walking distance of the Tippy dam back waters. Hiking, fishing, canoeing, hunting, Orv, and snowmobiling. It is 5 miles from Caber fey ski resort, 20 minutes from the Little River Casino and 25 minutes from Lake Michigan. The big Manistee and Little Manistee River are minutes away. The one downside, is that the listing doesn’t 100% show the entrance or accurately show the front of the property with how many trees there are. I love how it’s tucked in the woods. You’ll find this property down the 2 track and then when it opens up at the property, be mindful if you’re pulling a trailer as it’s tight with the number of trees. We were able to maneuver the boat there, but it came as a surprise when we pulled in just how little wiggle room there was. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
