This country getaway is located within a few feet of Tioga County's Rails to Trails and 1.5 miles from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon/Colton Point entrance. This cabin features all the modern amenities and conveniences such as modern appliances, flat screen tv with cable, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful gas fire place. The trail is across the street, and in our opinion, is the beginning of the most beautiful section of the trail, as it takes you right to the center of the “Grand Canyon.” The owners know how to provide exactly what travelers need. There is nothing missing from this property, every detail is carefully thought out. It’s also adorable and spotless. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Carolyn T. Can’t wait to return to this cabin! The trail was just on the other side of the barely traveled road. We biked every day and took two hikes. The cabin was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the porch swing was awesome! I highly recommend this getaway cabin because of its cleanliness and the quality of the linens/towels! Attention to details was obvious. The owners definitely take excellent care of this cabin. Aug 16, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Weekend Mountain Getaway For anyone looking to stay in the Wellsboro/PA Grand Canyon/Potter County area, the location was perfect! Just off of Rt 6, right next to the Pine Creek Trail and right near the Colton Point Entrance. The cabin was cute, cozy, and had everything you could want in a mountain getaway. We especially enjoyed the porch swing. We spent a day hiking, and a second day we escaped to Keuka Lake wine country just over the NY border. Wellsboro has some nice restaurants, and it was also nice being able to cook and eat in for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely choose this cabin again! ##### John M. It is 1 minute from the beautiful bike rail trail which we used between raindrops and 12 minutes from a State park with hiking. The place was charming our host lovely when we met and arrived early. The cabin was spotless and we enjoyed our stay. However it was I good thing I reached out to our host that day because VRBO dropped the ball and did not inform her of our booking. Very clean and tastefully decorated with lots of details. Well equipped kitchen and our first time using the Flagstone. Dishwasher was a wonderful surprise too. Great shower pressure!! Great location for us. Very close to Leonard Harrison and Colton Point parks. The horse drawn covered wagon ride (which we were able to walked to!) is well worth the trip to learn the history of the area and take a ride into the Grand Canyon of PA. And the Lumber Museum was much more interesting than we ever expected. And the town of Wellsboro is filled with history and so quaint. Felt like home returning to the cabin after sight seeing or hiking all day. Wonderful neighbors too! Never get tired of looking at the beautiful mountains and stars - WOW! City folk don’t see stars like that. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for this perfect place to relax -and enjoy!! ##### Barbara L.
