The management company needs to clean a bit better in general; e.g., on under furniture, dust, upkeep porch, and some manicuring of the landscape is needed. The bottom of the fire pit is rotted out and owner should get a new one. "

"Overall we had a great visit. The biggest issue is that there isn't a bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a master bath on the first floor and one other small bathroom on the 2nd floor which was shared by 6 individuals. Also the 4 people sleeping in the 2 bedrooms upstairs needed to come downstairs in the middle of the night if they needed the bathroom. "Really unique treehouse in beautiful, private setting. Rain didn’t enter at all. Enjoyed campfires using cool fire pit on nights it didn’t rain. That said, glad we brought all our camping gear for meal prep and evening comfort (solar lights, camp shower, bedding). It’s advertised as bedding included, but one sheet was torn and threadbare, so we used our own.
