Hidden away with stunning sea views and just a few steps from the picturesque quay and sea in Wells-next-the-Sea, Catesby Court is a beautiful 18th Century Georgian merchant's house. This listed property boasts unique architectural features, including the use of ship timbers that add to its historical charm and character. Walk out of the front door and within a few seconds you are immersed in the atmosphere of this bustling seaside resort with its glorious beach not far away.  
  
Upon entry, the Georgian heritage becomes abundantly clear throughout the interior of Catesby Court. The stately sitting room is characteristic of the building, featuring large sash windows and high ceilings, while the snug with its well-stocked bookshelves provides a cosy, intimate atmosphere. Additionally, the light and airy garden room with a bar and additional seating seamlessly connects to the large courtyard garden, offering a delightful indoor-outdoor living experience and also provides direct access to Staithe Street with its delightful cafes, deli's and shops.  
  
Exuding charm and elegance, the four spacious bedrooms offer luxurious linens and captivating views of the quay and sea, while the three bathrooms, including two en-suites, boast modern amenities. The standout is the master bathroom, where you'll enjoy the use of an impressive feature bath and separate walk-in shower.  
  
Stepping outside into the enclosed rear courtyard garden, the dining set up perfectly accommodates al fresco opportunities for the whole group. Here the mature planting adds to the hidden nature of the space.
