The cottage is well located as it is 2minutes walk from a shop and 5minutes walk from town. There is a parking space which is always convenient and the children enjoyed the garden. This was our third year at Mallards. A good Holiday Home in a very quite location. Easy access to the North Norfolk coast. Within walking distance to the amenities .The cottage is only part heated but the lounge soon warms up when Gas Fire is on. Audrey who lives next door is treasure who will all your problems.
