Things to Know There are two air-conditioning mini-splits: one on the first floor living room and one on the second floor hall. The third floor has a window A/C unit. There are also two wall electric heating units: one on the second floor in the third bedroom and one on the first floor front porch/dining area. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The children loved riding their bikes or walking to the arcade which is very close. Communication with Vacasa was often and helpful. Great place for a family stay.
