We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee

A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

C'était parfait!

Ce motel est très bien situé et à moins de 5 minutes de la plage. Il respecte tout à fait les photos vues sur le site. Nous y avons passé 4 jours. À compter de cette semaine, les gens pouvaient marcher sur la plage accompagnés de leur chien. La grosse saison touristique étant terminée, nous avons apprécié le calme de cet environnement. Nous recommandons ce motel.

The location of Bellevue By The Sea was great, Chris was also very accommodating, and he got us in early check in which was awesome. The unit itself was a bit disappointing. Very small, no overhead lighting except for 3 lamps. Also the place needs a much needed remodel, very dated. But it was very clean which is a must for us. And the bed was very comfortable just wish it was a king and not a Queen. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, it kept going in and out. I give it a .

So Convenient

We stayed 3 nights. We were able to check in a little early which was nice. The room is small but they had dressers to put your clothes and we stayed organized so space was not an issue. The location to the beach was our favorite. The kids also spent a ton of time in the pool. The resort is nothing fancy but it was clean and exactly what is advertised. We would definitely come back.

Professional, friendly check in. The room was clean, accomodating for my family, fit the four of us. Neighbors were great as well. I'd stay there again. It really is a 2 minute walk to beach. Thank you!

Marathon weekend retreat

Stayed here to run the 5k and marathon. At the 5k start line, 1 mile from marathon start, very close to beach, walking distance to restaurants, clean and comfortable.

The location was great. Only a few steps away from the beach. Indoor pool was nice also. The room itself felt dated as did the place overall. I would have liked fresh towels and maid service daily but they didn’t offer that.

Location location location!

A one minute walk to the beach was our priority! The condo was very clean, compact, functional and surprisingly very quiet. There were no vacancies, so quite a full house, but the premises did not feel crowded. The indoor pool was also very clean, perfect water temperature. The games room was an added bonus! It almost felt like we were at a resort! I may now be considered a ping pong and pool champ! Fresh coffee offered everyday and the absolute friendliest and informative staff. It was our first time at this condo as our regular spot down the street (where we’ve been going for many years) was no longer available for rentals. We will come back to this very condo every year and will highly recommend it to everyone we know!

Bellvue by the sea was great. The room was immaculate and well stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient though we prefer a quieter beach. The shopkeepers in the area were terrific. The overall experience was great.

Well’s beach

Place was as described in the listing. Beach was just a short five minute walk away. Couple of places near by to get breakfast or you use the toaster oven and make your own. Had a Keurig and a coffee pot in the room or you can walk to the office and get it there. Restaurant’s we’re just a short drive away as well. Plenty of other things to do for those non beach days.

The studio was cute, clean, cozy and quiet. It is nicely decorated with a beach theme. Check in and out was quick and easy. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little rental

The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and everything worked, including the heat. Short walk to beach and restaurants, grocery store etc. were easily accessible by car.

Stayed off-season and enjoyed being walking distance to Congdon’s and spitting distance to Wells Beach. Room was perfectly sized for 2 people and everything was in working order. Nothing fancy but much better than a typical hotel/motel room.

Breathtaking View

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. It was more than we both imagined. It was very clean well decorated we loved the decor. All of the employee's were great. Thank u Karen and Steve I highly recommend staying here. The beach is a 2min walk if that.. We can't wait to come back down.
