Welcome to Ocean Surf Condominiums, #5   
Watch the waves crash on the beach from the comfort of your own private deck. Relax on the sandy beach with a good book and a cold beverage. Take a sunset stroll & enjoy the salt-scented ocean breeze. Make unforgettable memories with loved ones... These are just a few of the experiences possible at Ocean Surf!   
Step inside this top-floor unit and you will be greeted with immediately be greeted with the beloved Wells Beach seaside charm. To your left, you will find the main bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite 1/2 bath. There is an open-concept full kitchen & dining area, which offers everything you need to prepare an elegant meal.   
Facing the ocean, there is a "wall of windows", allowing for natural light to pour into the condo while providing you unobstructed views of Wells Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. On the deck, you will find outdoor seating - the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. A spiral staircase leads you directly from your deck to the sand, creating easy access to one of Maine's most beloved beaches.
