Bath, Europe's finest Georgian City with it's Roman Baths and Cheddar Gorge and Caves. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, kettle. It has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, good WiFi coverage, TV and HiFi, so it was easy to settle in quickly. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and Tina made us feel welcome. We found it ideal as a base to explore and go birdwatching on the Somerset-levels. For rainy days we were able to get in some retail therapy at the outlets in Shepton Mallet and Street. On our last day we visited the Bishops Palace and gardens in nearby Wells, and would like to go back to them in spring. ##### Laraine C. The cottage comprises of a kitchen/ lounge with one bedroom and a bathroom. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage is a great base to explore the local area. We stayed for 4 nights and visited nearby Wells a few times. It’s a great place for shopping and eating out as well as visiting the historic cathedral and Bishops Palace. It’s also close to Glastonbury and Bath which were also well worth a visit. The cottage had a lovely home from home touch in a quiet relaxing area. We enjoyed a country walk in the surrounding area and the cottage was close to Wells which is a recommended place to visit.
