Whether you want to kayak the marshes, stroll the Marginal Way, or catch a sunrise on the beach, you'll love coming home after a day of exploring the best of coastal Southern Maine.  
  
The Space:  
Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The kitchen is a welcoming hub for your group, stocked with everything you need—including unexpected delights like a fondue pot, waffle iron, and even a popcorn maker for movie nights. Two-tone cabinets and white stone countertops pop against stylish white appliances, while a casual breakfast bar with seating for three makes the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. Adjacent, the dining table comfortably seats six—ideal for shared lobster dinners or late-night board games.  
  
The living room invites relaxation with its plush sectional, warm fireplace, and large smart TV—perfect for cozy evenings after a day in the surf. Sunlight pours in through generous windows, creating a light-filled, happy energy that flows throughout the entire home. Downstairs, you’ll find a fully loaded game room with a PlayStation, Oculus VR headset, record player, TV, gym equipment, and a comfy sofa. Upstairs, the fun continues with a projector setup for movie marathons, board games, Xbox, mini air hockey, and ample seating. One of the bedrooms even has toys for little ones, making it easy to keep young travelers engaged.  
  
Step out onto the back deck and you'll find your private outdoor haven—complete with a fire pit, seating area, and a grill perfect for summer cookouts. Whether you're roasting s'mores under the stars or sharing stories around the fire, The Coastal Playhouse offers the space, comfort, and special touches that make a getaway feel truly special while making lasting memories.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, plus two additional sleeping areas.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.   
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a workspace.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed and a changing table.   
  
Additional Sleeping areas:  
\- The projector room doubles as a bonus bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa.   
\- The game room doubles as a bonus bedroom with a full Murphy bed.  
  
This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
· Washer and dryer in home.   
· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.   
· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at and actively monitoring the front door entrance, (2) located under the deck and actively monitoring the driveway.

Located in a peaceful area of Wells, The Coastal Playhouse offers easy access to two nearby beaches. Wells Beach is just 1.6 miles away, a 35-minute walk or a quick 4-minute drive. Crescent Beach is slightly farther at 2.3 miles, offering a quieter, rockier coast ideal for a relaxing stroll or a peaceful moment by the water.
