Accessible by stairs, this charming retreat offers a private balcony where you can relax in the summer sun after a day of antique shopping. You'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including a seasonal swimming pool, a pool table, and a playground for the kids. The unit features a full kitchen for home-cooked meals and shared laundry facilities to take care of your beach towels after a day at the shore.

    This quaint condo complex sits half a mile from the heart of Wells. You can spend your days kayaking and sunbathing at Drake's Island Beach (two miles east), strolling the peaceful nature trails at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (two miles northeast), or perusing dozens of antique shops on Wells' charming stretch of Route 1.

    Things to Know
    The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.
