Walking through the rest of the home, you will discover comfortable sleeping quarters, a private washer/dryer, a cozy loft, and even a private office space. With space heaters and internet access - all of your daily needs are attended to. Within 15 miles of The Lobster Claw visit Wells Reserve at Laudholm, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, Wonder Mountain Fun Park, the Ogunquit Beach Lobster House, and Links at Outlook Golf Course. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. This home is heated with an oil furnace for the first floor, the second floor has two space heaters if additional heat is needed. There is not a dish washer or a hair dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking a dog. The location is convenient. What disappointed us was the lack of a local property manager. We had issues: no electricity in two rooms and a microwave that wasn’t working. When we try to contact the number provided, all we had was AI - none of our issues were resolved.
