Inside you will find a large primary bedroom with king bed, 2 smaller rooms each with a full bed, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and sitting area containing a queen pullout sofa, making this house perfect for a large family or a group of friends Located just one mile from the stunning, expansive sands of Wells Beach. Utilize the sidewalks for a safe walking experience or choose to bike or drive. Parking is available at the town’s oceanside parking facilities for a fee. The homeowners were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this property—it’s a true hidden gem. I’ve been coming to this area for the past 25 years, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. The home has great amenities, plenty of space for entertaining, and is perfect for families of up to 10 people. Best of all, Congdon’s Donuts is right across the street! ##### Filippo A.
