The couch and rug were heavily stained, there was water damage on the bathroom walls, the toilet was not flush to the wall, and the heater was not operational so there were multiple heaters that needed to be used. The building was shrouded in green cloth which meant the apartment was dark. There was an empty milk bottle & half a pizza left in the fridge. There were no instructions on how to access Wifi or operate the tv or heat pump unit. The photo of the apartment was very deceiving ##### Sue R. We were told there was a coffee machine, but found on the day that it was not working and (to be picky) the TV remotes weren't functioning either - the seniors in our family would have really appreciated this. Communication with the owner was prompt pre-check in, however, I had no response from the owner during our stay. The central location is the main appeal. Sorry, would not return. ##### Keir W. Location was close to Cuba Street, Te Papa and Waterfront. Walking distance to heaps of cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. There was no milk in fridge or shampoo in bathroom.
