Enjoy private outdoor spaces, smart home tech, and proximity to top dining, shopping, and polo events ideal for families, professionals, or equestrian travelers.  
This fully furnished home is available for minimum of 90 days and offers monthly discount for each monthly stay or seasonal stay. HOA application, damaged protection insurance, gate decal (included in booking rate).  
Max 8 guests per stay. No events, parties, or smoking allowed. Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM EST. No street parking. Max 2 pets allowed with a $250 non-refundable fee per pet.
