Its only about 5-10 minutes from a handful of boat ramps so it was great for our fishing trip. It was also super quiet and you could see tons of stars. Very peaceful. The only downside is the roads in the neighborhood were a bit tight for having a 28ft pontoon in tow. If you're bringing a boat, be cautious and try to arrive before dark, but it is doable. The driveway makes a loop around the house so there was no need for backing in and out of the street. ##### Johnathan T.
