It can accommodate 8 adults (6 beds) and offer two car pots (open air) at front of the house. This house is in a quiet complex and a great location: • Next to the Governor-General House • Short walking distance to Bus stops, Woolworths supermarket, restaurants, Wellington Reginal Hospital, Wellington College, Wellington East Girls' College, Basin Reserve, … We provide unlimited high-speed WIFI. The house has two doors: • One is security screen door with hinged door lock, and • Another door is wooden door with deadbolt lock. Downstairs has three bedrooms, one toilet, and a combined bathroom and laundry. • A bedroom has a queen-sized bed. • A bedroom has two single beds • A bedroom has one single bed and one king single bed. Upstairs has one bedroom, one toilet, kitchen, open plan living room and a large balcony. • The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Coffee Plunger We would like to inform you that coffee plungers are not provided at our property. Unfortunately, some past guests have disposed of plunger coffee grounds in the sink, which caused blockages and resulted in expensive repairs. To maintain the quality of the property and ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we have decided to no longer offer this item. We appreciate your understanding this decision and kindly ask for your consideration in giving a 5-star rating despite this limitation. However, we provide NZ spring water on your arrival. We provide a variety of food for you to make your own breakfast when it is convenient for you.
