This extensively reconstructed mid-century modern masterpiece is situated on a private1.6-acre wooded lot and nestled into the dunes of the Indian Neck area of Wellfleet. Utilize the kayaks or paddle board to explore the surrounding waterways, take a dip in the private heated swimming pool or 8 -person hot tub, take a very short walk to the neighborhood's secluded beaches or private tennis courts. Enjoy cozy evenings watching movies in the media room, stargaze around the wood-burning firepit or warm up next to the Stuv fireplace in the living room.   
  
A primary suite with blackout shades feautures a private bathroom with a dual vanity and luxurious indoor/outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms have walkout terraces and private bathrooms; one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen bed.   
  
The main level features a custom fully-stocked kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that are perfect for all of your culinary desires. An 8-person dining room is centered in the entertaining space, flanked by lounge and living room that are surrouned by sliding doors to a deck with panoramic views of the tidal waterfront.   
  
A pool house with a full bathroom, a fridge and freezer with ice maker will support relaxing days by the pool.   
  
The home features Sonos speakers on the main living level and in the media room, and around the pool and spa area. Fully automated Lutron lighting controls, three-zone HVAC and radiant heated floors will ensure a comfortable stay.   
  
While in Wellfleet, explore the rich architectural history of the area, dine at the town's many restaurants, shop and stroll through art galleries and shops along nearby Main Street, enjoy several hiking trails, wade in a kettle pond, visit the mesmorizing Atlantic Ocean beaches, and indulge in our area's world-famous oysters! Additionally, the bustling nightlife of Provincetown is only a 25 minute drive away.
