The main floor holds the kitchen, family room, and dining room. This floor also holds the primary bedroom with queen bed and En Suite bath with walk in shower, a room with a queen, a room with a twin (twins are extra long), and an office with a pull out sleeper sofa (full). Both main floor bathrooms were renovated in 2022. Climb the spiral stairs to the additional primary bedroom with queen bed and En Suite bath with walk in shower. Just above this in the loft you will find two twin beds with trundles (4 total twin mattresses). Available for 3 night minimums off season with an added $300 cleaning fee. Cleaning fee included in bookings of 7 nights or more. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
