We love a house that has character in particular one that feels like real cape cod. This fit the bill, and was completely well appointed for the cooking we do. Not sure if those boxes in the marsh made the difference but zero bugs which was a huge surprise. With the exception of some parties and fireworks on the 4th the location was soo quiet and peaceful. The deck looks out onto the ebb and flow of a salt marsh. Early one morning I saw a blue heron. The cottage is well equipped with cooking spices, pots and pans, as well as dvds and games.
