Discover the beauty of Welaka from this 3-bedroom, 2 bath, home. Nestled atop a serene bluff, this welcoming property offers a fantastic retreat for guests. Sleeping accommodations include a king, queen, and full bed, along with a sleeper sofa. It also features modern amenities such as WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, fire pit, large back deck, and lots of parking. In addition, the house offers a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and then some. I brought my boat, 27ft hybrid bay boat. Easily parked at the little dock. Water was shallow but manageable. We love Welaka and go often, but first time staying here; I will definitely be returning to this nice little Place. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths for our family of 4\. A/C was cold, fridge was cold with filtered ice/water. I don’t have anything negative to say and we stayed roughly 6 days. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area, want water access and/or bring your boat. Also, double driveways with plenty room for 4-5 cars or 2-3 cars/trucks and a boat trailer. ##### Kade H.
