### Holiday Apartment 'Birke' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

With a beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the holiday apartment "Rosi" is located in Haus Birke with a step-free interior at Weissensee. The accommodation on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate WC, and offers space for 2 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office and a TV. A carport for your car is available. You also have access to a shared sauna and infrared cabin with relaxation room and tea bar. A baby cot and high chair are provided. The accommodation features a terrace and a balcony. A private bathing beach with sunbathing lawn, rowing boats, SUP, sun loungers, parasols, and a bathhouse with WC is available. Bicycles, ski cellar, and boot dryer are provided. Our motto: When holiday guests become friends.  
  
Shared outdoor area featuring 2 open terraces and a barbecue.  
  
Explore the stunning Weissensee Nature Park right from the doorstep—car-free! With the Premium Card provided at check-in, you can enjoy free access to bikes, boats, the nature park bus, and the cable car. Hiking and walking trails begin directly from the house.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and 3 parking spaces are available in a garage.  
  
The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage.  
  
The Premium Card also includes free pick-up and drop-off at Greifenburg train station. From January 7 to 30, 2026, enjoy complimentary skiing. Cross-country skiing, ice skating, the ski/nature park bus, boat rides, and the mountain railway are all included as well.
