I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis.

Super stay with friends in the property. The lake view family room which consist of two rooms is really spacious, view is breathtaking. You have access to a private beach with paddle and kayak. We are definitely recommending this property.

Beautiful hotel with unique lakefront location. Incredible views and easy access to Lucerne and other lake locations via the ferry that stops just outside the hotel. It’s great hotel but not worth the money. We stayed in a 4 star hotel in the area that had as good a room, better breakfast, many restaurants around for quarter of 20% of the price. It just wasn’t worth it.
