### Wrecked at Ron’s

Adult atmosphere:: This property is not safe for children due to stone walls and cement steps leading to lake.  
  
A few steps out the door is a patio and deck overlooking beautiful Webster lake. A few more steps to the lake and docks.   
  
Plenty of off street parking, a few steps away from Point Breeze restaurant.   
Rate includes boat slip and use of kayaks.  
  
Entering the home is a great room: large living room with a 75” TV hanging from the ceiling. When sitting on the large leather sectional couch you have a lake view across the entire living room. Open kitchen sits behind the living room with lake view. Newly renovated full bath off of the kitchen.   
First floor has a queen bed. Second floor has new full bath, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds and 1 queen. Each bedroom has a 55” TV and small refrigerator. There are also 2 full size refrigerators, 1 in kitchen 1 in breezeway.  
The yard has a beautiful patio and large firepit overlooking the lake.

#### Groomsmen Base Camp

House is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were conveniently located on both floors. Everything was clean and tidy. It's clear Ron is doing continuous updates to the property, but that didn't bother us at all. Location is very peaceful with gorgeous views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Ron is right on site and readily available if needed. We'd definitley stay again.

#### Everything You Need for A Great Lake Vacation

I rented “Wrecked at Ron’s” for 7 family members for the first time this year. Ron’s lovely home and Ron himself did not disappoint. The house was large enough for us to spread out and enjoy being together even on rainy days. Ron lives on the property but was respectful of our privacy while balancing a warm, welcoming personna—-offering to build fires at night, setting up a float and water chairs and calling the ice cream boat to drop by the property. On arrival, Ron took my son and son-in-law around the lake to show them where to boat safely. His intro was truly thoughtful and useful as we started the week. Perhaps the best review I can give is we hope to rent from Ron again next year!

open concept living space with 4 lovely bedrooms. backyard lakefront is a beautiful place to enjoy friends, family and just plain living. Fire pit at night brings the end of a beautiful day to a calm close.

#### Beautiful lakefront views!

Great property, with lot's of room to hang out. Love the large living room overlooking the lake. This home accommodates 8 people very comfortably. The backyard is a great place to chill with a nice gazebo and plenty of chairs. Ample parking but the driveway is a bit steep at the entrance. No real issue though. The host is very friendly, accommodating and available but also gives you your space. We all had a great time and would definitely rent again!

#### Amazing stay at Wrecked at Rons

Me and my buddies had an awesome weekend at "Wrecked at Ron's". The place had a great hangout space with plenty of room and was very clean. Beautiful porch for enjoying the lake views. Ron was very helpful and plays a great balance of being available and also providing us our own space. Would rent again!
