If you’re traveling with friends and need additional space, consider our Georgia Peach studio which is on the upper level of this unit. \* Pet Policy - Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night PLEASE - No Pets on beds! - While we do NOT allow pets on beds, If your pet sleeps with you, you may bring your own bedding including sheets, pillowcases, and any blankets or comforters. Please let us know if this is the case and that you'll will be bringing your own. We will leave your beds without linens at your request, and leave ours in the closet. Please note: Dog hair on bedding will incur an automatic additional $50 charge per bed. Dog beds are not provided, please bring your dogs favorite, comfy bed from home. Please do not use our bath towels for your pet. Paper towels and dog towels are provided for that purpose. Clean up after your pet: Please be courteous and responsible to other guests and clean up any/all pet refuse in or out of dog pens. We have several “doggy waste bag” dispensers on the property for your convenience and a poop scooper in pet yards. Pets are expected to be current on their shots and have flea protection treatment. The Lower Peach was the ideal spot for our family who was visiting friends that live in Weaverville. The apartment had everything we needed and having the fenced in yard off the back was wonderful! Just opened the door and the dogs could run, play and do their business. The owners checked in on us to be sure that we were comfortable, since the weather was unseasonably cold while we were there.
