Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattress.

There is a ROKU tv. Wifi (35 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and a filtered water system. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk.

For a relaxing night there is a fire pit, small charcoal and small blackstone, and a serenity garden. Enjoy the great outdoors. Pets are welcome but we do ask they not get in the pool unless you’ve asked us prior.

Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. 45 miles from Texas motor speedway and 60 miles from Dfw airport.
Dove ridge vineyard- 16 miles
Covered Bridge venue- 13 miles
Tricks Creek venue- 15 miles. Minimum age requirement- 21 years or older.

Early check-in and late check-out is based on rental activity and can be confirmed within a few days of the reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sourdough bread and honey cinnamon butter were delicious. This place was also perfect for us because we were able to bring our dogs.

Amazing getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well maintained and spotless everything was. The cottage was cozy, fully equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home.Outside, the peaceful surroundings and the gorgeous garden made it even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.One of the most heartwarming highlights was watching our puppy make a new friend — a sweet donkey that lived nearby! It was such a unique and adorable experience that made our stay even more memorable.We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vick Hacienda! It truly was a little slice of paradise for our weekend staycation. Sara and Scott are excellent hosts, and provided the most delicious sourdough and cinnamon butter as a welcome gift. So thoughtful!

We enjoyed our visit , the space was quiet and beautiful . The inside of the cabin was very comfortable . I thought the design was perfect. If you like being close to the city but prefer not to stay right in the city, this was great.

The cabin was amazing - spotless and so comfortable. It was one room but incredibly spacious with a full kitchen set up. The area was "country" and so peaceful and quiet. I did not mind the spotty cell service (my provider) as I just wanted peace. And the welcome basket had incredible honey cinnamon raisin sourdough bread! If you want a lovely, quiet stay, you can't do better.

Fabulous hacienda!!

We stayed for a weekend in this hacienda. Very private yet close to be able to take in Forth Worth and the rodeo. Sara and Scott were the best host! Must ask Sara about her homemade bread and butter! I recommend this home highly! I plan to go back as much as possible as my fur babies coming along was an extra plus!
