I have never had to pay such a high incidentals fee. The front desk let people stay in the lobby till after 2 am being very loud. We found a small bug in our bed. We will never stay at this motel again.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. When checking in I had requested a room with a walk in shower but there was not one with the double queen available. Upon seeing the difficulty my sister had walking the clerk on duty upgraded us to a two room suite with the walk in shower.

I reserved a 2 queen bed room. Was clean, everything I expected. However was only a desk chair and one other chair. Would have been nice at least one more chair and maybe a small table to sit with morning coffee or snacks instead of sitting on the bed.

When I arrived I was told that they do not have jetted tubs as advertised on Expedia. They said they have notified Expedia of this before and that it needed to be changed yet Expedia hasn’t done it. The receptionist at the front desk was kind enough to adjust my rate and lower it due to Expedia's false advertising which I much appreciated. The service we received at check in was great. They were very accommodating. The only thing we disliked about the hotel itself was the road noise and the fact the pool was not heated!! We could not take our two toddlers swimming and we’re looking forward to this unfortunately.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location can be kind of confusing for people not used to Texas roads. But not a downside just a fact. There is a little maintenance issues like caulking needed in the bathrooms that some might think is “dirty”. Not something that would make me not stay. Breakfast was decent. There was no bacon so that’s a major issue lol. The beds were not comfortable. And there is hallway noise and other room noise you can hear. Overall (this is actually the 2nd time we’ve stayed there we just didn’t realize it til we got there) we were happy with the stay.

We were driving cross country and reserved this Holiday Inn express. We were pleased with the location and the condition of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and the included breakfast was better than the usual hotel breakfast. If I ever find myself driving cross country again, I will stay here.

Great hospitality from hotel staff. They are kind, friendly, and helpful to the guests AND each other. That was nice to be around. Not all Holiday Inn Express are equal. This one is > than most others.

My family and I loved the space inside the room! The breakfast bar was outstanding! The hotel gym had a sauna!! I certainly regret not being able to go in during my stay. This was a great hotel!
