The property seems in need of some massive maintenance attention. There were a few mosquitoes in my room. Fortunately, I had an essential oil diffuser & some EOs to ward them off.

Other then trash all over parking lots it was in good keeping room where nicely clean

The photos online are cooperate photos(staff told me). My room was not only hazardous but very dirty. They attempted to move me to another room just to see they were even worse...i did not stay the night and idt anyone should for that matter.

Having one employee do everything isn’t very professional. Granted she was doing everything for everyone as quickly as she could and with a smile on her face. Every time we left our room it took 20 minutes to get back in. The door lock wasn’t working. The lady from the desk had to help us a lot. She was amazing. Honestly we had to use our towels to soak up the leaks from the window that were running allover the floor everywhere. The shower had massive amounts of long black hair allover everything. Even on our linens. And our fridge leaked as well so woke up to water running out across to the bed.

When walking into the motel there was a couch in the lobby that should have been taken to the dump. The elevator was dirty. When entering our room the couch in it was in the same condition as the couch in the lobby. I went to call the desk for a wake-up call and the phone was unplugged. Had to pull out the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. No Kleenex provided. There was tar on the floor in the lobby. The vanity for the sink was so tall we could hardly bend far enough to brush our teeth. I would have left but would have lost my money to do so. The beds were hard and tall. We are of average heighth! Would not stay there again.

No issues. I did forget to tell them about a broken window in my room, (Was there pre-arrival)

OK for the price. Stairways need deep cleaning. Room was clean.
