"Everything was very clean and I liked the geometric modern decor. The lobby and lounge are spacious and a nice place to hang out. I had no issues while staying there. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are not in individual bottles but in a dispenser in the shower. I liked the lowered dresser drawers/suitcase stand combo. An extremely easy way to organize your suitcase items and have a dedicated place to put your bags. One minor hiccup but it doesn't change my opinion of the place. The microphone on the in-room telephone wasn't working. I could call the front desk, I could hear them speaking but they couldn't hear me. They called me back directly on my mobile. To repair the phone or replace it wasn't an immediate fix. So hopefully it's taken care of for the next guest. The breakfast buffet is clean and hot foods are readily changed out on the buffet so they're not sitting too long. There's a shelf tower with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the rooms to save any snacks for later. This is probably a typical amenity for many hotels but I'm often surprised how many higher up places lack something like a microwave. My tiny nit pick complaint is that the switches for the bedside lamps are high on the wall. You have to get out of bed, stand up to turn off the light then get back into bed. I had a main floor room. The floors are some sort of hard flooring, not carpet. I kinda like that. Much cleaner with no mystery stains or smells. A nice Zen place to stay."

"I have stayed at this property several times over the years. I stopped staying here, under previous ownership/management because the price was prohibitive. I was pleased to see the rate, thru Expedia, for this past weekend. WOW. things have changed. It was def conv to where all I needed to go for a family funeral weekend, HOWEVER, lower cost apparently means less quality and features. They are a CARD only location, no cash, and I didn't know this until I called the day of check in. Checking in was very easy and quick. The room was what I expected. HOWEVER, I couldn't close the curtains fully and thank goodness I had binder clips in my work briefcase . My partner was scheduled to come with me and had to stay home due to illness. If he had come it would have been horrible. I really think the bed is a FULL size...small. AND there were only 3 small square pillows. If we both were there NO way that would have worked. I called, on my cell because the phone on the bedside table had NO cord, and I asked for extra couple of pillows and was told "we don't have any extra". So I went to Dollar General and bought 2 pillows. There was NOT coffee set up in the room. All the kiitchenette area drawers were sealed shut and there were NO dishes and such to be utilized. The microwave was horrible...not clean and NO platter /plate in there to set something on to warm. There was 1 very small trash can in the room, bath room. Surely a second trash can is affordable for usual trash. UGH "
