The rental property is as pictured. However, some basic amenities are non-existent such as salt/pepper, aluminum foil, Kleenex and extra wash clothes/bath towels. There is Wi-Fi on the premise, but the network and password given to us was not correct. Even after numerous contacts with Vacasa, this was not remedied in our 4 days stay which severely limited planning of restaurant visits and daily activities. The driving directions are incorrect, and there's no guidance once you arrive. We attempted to contact management where to take the trash and never heard back. The house is outdated and has a smell. The advertisement listed a jetted tub which there wasn't. The fireplace in the living room didn't work, and we couldn't get the heater to work in the master bedroom. We woke up multiple nights freezing because it snowed during our trip. Management never answered our calls or messages. We also called VRBO.
