Sit up things and had no internet nor cable, called the 800 number many, many times and they kept saying it had been given to the local manager, whom never called and when we left today, neither was still not working. The entry walkway needed to be swept and front door area, deck had duck poop all over the benches, the second bedroom small patio was very dirty and needed to be swept clean, the screen door is broken and the handle fell over in my hand. The screen door leading from the inside to the deck was also broken so we could not leave the door open and enjoy the fresh air. If Vacasa spent as much time fixing issues and responding to clients as they have asking for a review/survey, they would greatly benefit from their efforts. I was so very disappointed I cannot tell you. I had to work and without the internet, it was not fun I can assure you. The cabin/pond was gorgeous - I would give this property an A+. The check in process was a nightmare - after driving 8 hours it took another hour and a half trying to get a hold of someone for the access code. Once we entered the cabin, there was no WIFI password provide - another 2 hours wasted trying to gain this info. As far as peace and quiet - our check out was Wednesday, Tuesday a crew came out and cut the grass for 2 1/2 hours (couldn't it have waited until we checked out on Wednesday?)
