Nestled creekside just 4 miles from charming downtown Waynesville this unique property features a stylish barndominium that sleeps up to 6 people. Wake up to beautiful mountain views, sip your morning latte from the fully-stocked coffee bar (Ninja Coffee Maker, espresso machine, syrups, and creamers provided!), and enjoy it in a rocking chair on the spacious covered porch. This barndo is BRAND NEW having just finished construction June 2025! Inside, you’ll find a luxurious master wet room with a rainhead shower and oversized soaking tub—a spa-like sanctuary after a day of exploring. Outside, wander across the footbridge to discover a hidden firepit and hammock area nestled by the creek. Feed the trout in the pond, roast marshmallows under the stars, or simply relax to the sound of the creek. Sleeps 6 Coffee bar with espresso, lattes, cold brews & more Spa-style bathroom with rain shower & soaker tub Firepit & hammock zone Porch with rocking chairs & mountain views Trout pond + creekside setting 4 miles to downtown Waynesville Near art galleries, gourmet dining & shopping 40 mins to Asheville | 1.5 hrs to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge MAIN LIVING/OPEN FLOOR Walk into the large open main room featuring unique black metal ceilings, finished concrete floors, beautiful concrete countertops, and oversized sliding glass doors that lead to the spacious covered front porch. This barndo features stylish/modern furniture and is tastefully decorated with mountain inspiration. The living room has a 65" ROKU smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. It also has a Touchstone electric fireplace. BEDS & BATHROOMS The master suite on the main level has a king size bed. The master bathroom has a luxurious wet room featuring a soaker tub on one side and a rainfall shower (with 2 other spray features) on the other. It is stocked with complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The upstairs is an open loft with a king size bed. The downstairs bathroom has a traditional tub/shower combo. It is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa that pulls out to make a full-size bed. The pillows for this bed are in the large pull-out cabinet in the living room. Also in the pull-out cabinet is a pack-n-play for your child. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen for all your gourmet meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, cooking basics, dishware & flatware. COFFEE BAR Become your own barista and enjoy making cold brew, iced coffee, and lattes, or keep it simple with a traditional cup of drip coffee. The bar includes an espresso machine with milk frother, a Ninja hot & iced XL coffee maker, a french press, and electric kettle. FIRE PIT Walk a small footbridge over to the shared fire pit area where you will find 4 Adirondak chairs and an Eno hammock. Firewood is provided and there are smore roasting sticks in the utensil drawer in the kitchen. PARKING There is a private driveway that offers plenty of parking for your whole family. EV CHARGER Electric cars can easily plug in to the electric car charger located at the main entrance. So many thoughtful touches from the sign welcoming us, blankets to cozy up with, firestarter and firewood, fish food for the pond and supplied coffee bar. The home was something out of HGTV, so beautifully styled. The master bathroom was out of this world...its your own personal spa! The views of the mountains and listening to a real babbling brook was so relaxing. I loved rocking on the porch every morning with the amazing view. Chris and Hannah are the perfect hosts and make you feel right at home. We are so lucky to have found such a gem. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The host were great with communicating with us about everything. Their attention to small details and all those little extra thoughtful touches set them apart from our other stays. Our two grandsons had a blast playing outside and especially in the creek that ran along the side of our rental.
