The home was centrally located to great restaurants, waterfalls, etc. (Make sure to go to Smoky Shadows Lodge and Country Gourmet Dining for dinner one night! Homestyle food - family style - delicious - right down the road. Make reservations early!) Property management for the townhouse was great - very accessible. No wifi, which wasn't a big deal. Townhouse is at the top of a mountain, so yes, 4wd would be beneficial. Our only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. Mattress was extremely firm.
