I loved being 30 minutes from Asheville for restaurants and shopping. The house is expensive and comfortable, with a great kitchen and the 2 levels of deck outside to watch the smoke on the mountains rise in the morning, and listen to the chorus of nature at night. If I am or nitpick, it would just be that the doors to outside were a little finicky, and the air conditioning was automatically set and would reset to the set Temperature, so I got up to change it many times in the middle of the night (I’m a hot sleeper). There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was immaculately clean. My only issues were: WiFi (connection was poor overall, but you cannot get anything to stream at all in the basement theater). And lack of curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. This led to a lack of privacy and also the sun was extremely bright, early in the morning. It was hard to sleep in the master bedroom for this reason. Generally speaking, though, the house and setting were picturesque. If they hard wired the WiFi in the house and added some blinds, it would have been perfect. ##### Lindsay C.
