Cons: Active train track crosses the driveway- source of noise a couple of times per day. Mixed: Highway nearby. Provides easy travel, but also near constant source of traffic noise. I was in the area for the funeral of my brother, and also took some time for quiet reflection, soul searching, along with a little hiking. Stayed 4 days. It is very close to downtown Waynesboro, and Staunton and Charlottesville are a short drive away. As the title states this place is really cozy, and there's a big back yard for the dogs to run around. The beds are huge and comfortable, and it has all the amenities that you need. I live in Durham NC and love coming to this area - Michael is a great host, and I plan on coming back to this place on my next visit. ##### Keith P. A very clean and stocked kitchen with utensils, pots/pans ,coffee maker, towels etc.. Really enjoyed walking the loop around the farm. Close to town but feeling far away..loved it!
