With 3 bathrooms 2 of which are equipped with showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine,& dryer, WiFi, and an iron. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.  
Beautiful farmhouse style home with all the comforts you want.  
fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen to bath.  
pet friendly with fully fenced property. pets are an extra fee.  
HORSE PEOPLE..  
you can bring your horses with you!...there are riding trails accessible from the property and several horse trail systems close by.

Would you like to have a private riding lesson on one of our beginner friendly horses?

You can kick back and relax to the soothing sounds of the lighted water fountain in the pond as you take in sights of the tropical blue pond on the front porch glider rockers. At night listen to the songs of frogs and crickets with the decorative lights around the property.  
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the house.  
however, feel free to do so outside. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the pond..discard into an empty can and dispose in the garbage.  
Like to fish?  
you are welcome to fish in the pond for Bluegill and bass, however catches must be thrown back.  
WANT TO RIDE A HORSE?  
ask me about a private riding lesson during your stay. 50$ per hour per person. Petting, feeding, bushing and enjoying horses, absolutely FREE!..enjoy!  
Want something more challenging?  
check out Little Creek Ranch just a 5min. walk from the rental house.  
Book a guided trail ride through the woods. you can find them on FB under Little Creek Ranch in Waynesboro.  
Enjoy a little campfire by the pond .Firering, picnic tables, and some chairs provided. ( firewood not provided) firewood can be bought locally.  
8 MILES to CRAZY HORSE RECREATIONAL CAMP & CANOE  
2.5 miles to Groceries, gas,restaurants shops and more.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home! It was absolutely adorable, decorated beautifully, and cozy! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the living room/kitchen table had more than enough space for all of us, a family of 4. Highly recommend, absolutely would visit again!

#### Nice, convenient and accurate listing.

The location and description of the property is accurate. Very convenient to Buffalo river and good food in Waynesboro. Nice open concept and we actually enjoyed the decor and collections even though we aren't horse people. Unfortunately the double wide trailer appeared to have been sitting empty since it was listed for sale. It could have been a little cleaner. Mirror and glass all dingy, and spider webs in most corners. But overall that wasn’t much of an issue. The master bed had a very comfortable mattress but the same could not be said about the other two rooms. Desperately need new mattresses. The dryer actually had so much moisture in it, we were scared to use. It was strange, literally water inside of it. And the property would be better without warning signs on owners closets/doors about live cameras in use behind the doors. That was a little creepy.

#### Lovely home and responsive hosts!

The home was just like the pictures! Very pretty and neat and clean. My kids loved all the horse decorations. I realized at 11 pm that I hadn’t brought coffee and there was none at the house. I messaged the host to ask if there was a backup stash somewhere. There was not, but she arranged for a delivery service to drop some off at the house at 7 a.m. the next day! Great service!
