Stay at your own risk!
There was never anyone at the desk. The chair in our room was destroyed and disgusting. The rail on the stairs was taped together and wobbly. No coffee maker. No lids for coffee cups in the lobby so easily slopped in hallways. Never again although we will be back in Wayne frequently.

When we were checking in, we noticed that our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We asked if they could change us to a room on the ground floor since we are over 75, Desk person said no, that was the room assigned to us. When we got up to our room it was still being cleaned and we had to wait in the hallway. Room was clean and quiet so no complaints about the room

The room furnishings were cracked or broken. The smoke alarm was missing but the wires were left hanging from the ceiling. The shower had been damaged also.

If you are going to any area near hear use any other hotel. I think he got bed bugs after we checked in and they wont give us a refund for our stay

First, the bar in the tub that one would use if slipping or falling was not attached to anything. There is a chunk of paint missing in one wall. There is very messy repair of the wall where the door could hit it. The towels are very thin. One hangar was missing.

To many people hanging around it, noisey, left our window open so could watch vehicle. Loud in halls, cereal and toast and fruit breakfast, cereal was very stale I did not eat and fruit was bad. Towels were like sandpaper, nozzle on sink did not work correctly, light above door entry was bad.

The refrigerator had mold growing on all surfaces. Perhaps it wasn't working properly. Otherwise was fine for what we paid in a pinch.

The staff was excellent upon check-in. When I opened the door to our room I found a clean room that smelled good and was cooled down. We ordered a pizza and had it in the room in less than 15 minutes from next-door. Overall an excellent hospitality experience.

The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean. The building is in need of renovation. The hallway smells of stale cigarettes and musty. The desk chair in the room was in very bad shape- missing upholstery. Shower curtain rod was hung with drywall screws. Bathroom fan did not work Furniture in room was very run-down very old linens on bed. Booked 2 nights- only stayed one. Currently still being charged for 2 nights despite checking out a day early- no staff was available to check out- did it by phone. Breakfast was a cereal dispenser, a gallon of milk in the refrigerator and one orange in a bowl.
