« Friendly, fast and efficient front desk. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower. The hvac unit worked quietly and no odd smells. All in all, it was a great overnight stay in Monroe. Fairly typical HI-Express breakfast with plenty of warm cinnamon rolls and good coffee. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »
