Sandy beach. A truly wonderful lakefront home with 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, 2 fireplaces. The lake home features a nice deck and lower patio with hot tub - overlooking the lake, great for relaxing in the sun and outside dining. Make memories around the campfire overlooking the lake. The property also comes with a gas grill, private pier, swim raft, 2 kayaks, row boat, paddleboard, paddleboat or you can rent a pontoon boat (ask us for details) The city of Wautoma is only four miles away and contains several wonderful restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, farm markets, and more. Swimming, fishing, looking for treasures, boating, playing in the sand and a continuous process of throwing the ball for the dog. The fire pit and hot tub were also a hit!
