Functional, but disappointed
Booked for only 1 night, so overall it was functional and served the purpose, but disappointed in this property and the price. -Old smoke smell lingers throughout - No bathroom door, only a curtain - Hair matted in bathroom towels - Small, 4 cup coffee maker, no available filters -No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen -No dishwasher ( which is gross in today’s covid environment) or fresh sponges for dish washing.

It was ok.
We were in the area for a softball tournament so we only slept and showered at the house. Beds were comfy. Fridge was cold. Only 4 large towels for 6 adults. We didn't need them but there was no salt and pepper or any other kitchen spices. A/C is a portable unit in the living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom. Worked for us for this trip. Owners were very responsive. Please get a waste basket for the bathroom.

Just so-so
The house was recently updated, but workmanship was substandard and furnishings felt cheap. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Bathroom door was strangely located and did not allow privacy. Although it was relatively clean and quiet, it was not our favorite VRBO stay by any means.

Not great-super small coffee pot -no toaster no hair dryer no bathroom door no waste basket in the bathroom no drain plug so we could wash dishes no spatula to flip our grilled cheese or fried eggs-floors super uneven -cops and people fighting outside our windows and loud cars and music in the neighborhood. We were only there for two nights so we made do, but definitely would not recommend.

ok for a short stay
The place was extremally clean and located in a very convenient location. However, there are a few notes: the place was very low on supplies. I know it's not really responsibility of the owner to provide, but a paper towel, wine opener or basket in the toilet could be helpful. Please also note that the bathroom is located inside of one of the bedrooms. Heat system is another thing to note: there are electric heaters in each bedrooms, central heat is only in the living room. Overall, the place is very accurate, nice and clean.
