The property is spacious, well maintained and the gardens/deck spaces very inviting places to relax. I highly recommend this property for anybody coming to the greater Wausau area. We came to the area to hike the 43 miles of the Ice Age Trail that run through Marathon County and finished on the last day. This property is roughly 15-20 miles from the various trail segments and Wausau has a fantastic selection restaurants to satisfy everybody's tastes. Although the bedrooms are not private, we made it work. The little fireplace was nice and kept my grandson warm. Beds were comfortable and it's a nice comfy place.
