The bathroom in my room was extremely dirty, the tub had rust and mold, stains in room 237. There was also someone else’s urine in the toilet when I arrived. When I arrived for breakfast at 6:30 in the morning, almost all the supplies were already out of stock, and there was only half a Cup of coffee left in the coffee craft.

We choose this place for the breakfast included and the hot tub. Apon arrival we were put in a dirty room and had to be moved. No apologies from staff. Then we were told water park was closed when we booke d but then found out the hot tub qasnt working either. And the breakfaat included was just muffins and cold cereal. Didnt enioy oir stau at all. Wasnt relaxing nor were we able to enjoy what we came for.

We appreciated everything about our stay at this facility. It is under a considerable amount of construction, but all of the changes they are making are fantastic. If there was anything we needed or couldn’t find, their super friendly staff was more than happy to provide it. My family is already asking when we can go back.

The place is partially under construction. The water park is closed and walled off. The "pool" is actually the former landing area for a broken water slide. Missing carpet in many places, open holes in the walls, the "Bar" is actually a bare 2x4 framed in area that looks like it has been like that for years. The reception area is just a hole cut in a wall. The breakfast was basically non-existent unless you like cereal and brown bananas. The staff was friendly but very embarrassed about the state of things. The room was clean but the hallways were not. Just close and finish the remodel, jeesh. You should be embarrassed to be open in this state.

The room is outdated. The room appears spacious because of the high ceiling.The tub had rust stains, shower head has calcium buildup, and sink was slow draining. The walls seems very thin and I can hear people talking and walking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast was included but there was only cereal, yogurt, and fruits. For the price, I expected more for breakfast and the room to be better.

The property is under construction but is still very clean. The weight room is amazing! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and is cold cereal and bread products as well as yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Looks like it will be great when construction is complete!

For the price we paid, we expected more perks. My family was disappointed with the New Years Eve Eve celebration. Saturday front desk staff seemed more concerned about eating his Big Mac than going to get clean bedding to replace the bedding covered in cookie crumbs that was on the sofa bed. Weather conditions were icy that night; and nobody was keeping up with salting the parking lot and driveways that night when people were coming and going. The swimming area was kind of creepy since it was in the abandoned water park. The energy in the place seemed very somber considering it was the holiday season. My family had no interest in the meager continental breakfast. I understand they are in the middle of a remodel; but then at least give guests a price break during this time when the amenities are subpar.

Fire alarm went off 3 times between 6am and 7 am. No mention or reason, also no offer of an apology or money off stay. The hot tub was scorching hot, we had to ask them to drain some and put colder water. The room was good, large.

Should have stayed at the Hilton
The bathroom was really gross, rusty tub and mold in tiles. Dirty shower head. The chair in our rooms arm was really worn. Breakfast wasn’t much. The only plus was that the bed was comfy. The photos online look nothing like it actually is.
