Only suggestion is to replace the coffee maker. It takes over an hour to make a pot and by then the coffee was bitter. I would definitely bring my own next time. I liked the fact that I could essentially walk down a flight of stairs and be on the beach. Nice quiet location and the check in/check out process was very easy. The only downside is the price. The livingroom views of the ocean were wonderful. We cooked one dinner and had breakfast every morning, nothing lacking in the kitchen. The only slight glitch was we discovered that both showers can't be used at the same time (both enough hot water). No biggie, we adjusted. We toured Big Sur & Monterey/Pacific Grove, so this was a wonderful beachside place to return each evening. Great sunsets from the unit or the beach!
