Nested in the dunes for added privacy with a peak of the ocean from deck. This ground level unit is fully equipped and sleeps 6 comfortably with NEW beds in both bedrooms. Recently remodeled with all the modern conveniences including solid surface countertops, modern kitchen with new stove, and recently remodeled bathroom fixtures. Not only is the sand dunes and beach just outside the patio, but renters can enjoy all the amenities of the Pajaro Dunes resort including pickleball courts, tennis courts, walking trails, biking trails, basketball court, natural lagoon with native birds and cozy fire pits located on the beach. Pajaro Dunes is a mile and a half of sun-drenched, white sand beach on a secluded strip of the magnificent Monterey Bay coastline. Extended monthly stays are welcomed. Please contact for specific monthly rates. Need a break from the sand? Just hop in the car and within 30 minutes you can be in beautiful Monterey to the south or historic Santa Cruz to the north. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go back with our 6 in a second. We were able to go to the Monterey aquarium and The Old Fisherman Wharf for an early dinner and then the next day spend the entire day at the beach.With it being so close the kids could use the restroom whenever, we took a lunch break. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the sand and ocean. My husband, mom and I had fun relaxing and watching them have the time of their life. My favorite part is the beach is not over crowded because it’s a private beach. When it was time to go the kids did not want to leave. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable it definitely was a 10/10! Decided to try out the VRBO experience. This was perfect for our short weekend! Seriously only steps from the beach! Great communication with the owners as well. You are right by the beach and it's truely less than a 5 minute stroll from the door to having your feet in the ocean.This location is also close enough to Santa Cruz to the north and Monterey to the south for an easy day trip.I would stay here again any time. ##### Rob H.
