Basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil etc. May want to bring some zip lock bags, there were none. There were no beach chairs, but you could rent them for 15 at the guest desk. There were pickleball paddles in the condo (courts on site). The pond on property had a nice walking path. We are birders so there was always something to see. Glxondo was a manageable distance from Santa Cruz and Monterey, which we visited daily. The little patio received sun all day, which was lovely. There was a person sleeping on the beach when I went out there. The security guard said he was just waiting for his friends to pick him up. We found the beds and the chairs in the living room to be very uncomfortable. Apparently this area is very foggy and gloomy in July and there wasn’t much to do because it was also very cold. One thing that the owners could’ve done was provide a better TV in a better location in the room it’s sort of stuck in a corner where it’s difficult to watch. I was very happy with how quiet it was.
