It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. We actually didn't realize how nice the private beach is and how close it was (possible to walk to, but there is private parking available and it's an uphill walk back to the property, so you might as well drive).
