The quality of the flooring, kitchen, furnishings was higher than average. Extra care was taken with beautiful white towels, even thick toilet paper! Ha ha little extras that you don't normally see. It was very clean, stocked with everything you would need, and up to date with all the latest technology. We inadvertently left a bag and discovered it after checking out and locking the door. After discovering the missing bag hours later, we messaged the owner. We received a quick response and were able to retrieve the bag averting a serious problem. Very clean and has everything you could want (paper goods, soaps, games, videos, and a fully stocked kitchen). My wife and I stayed in the master suite and the kids stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs has its own TV room and a full laundry room. Waterville Valley ski mountain is only a 5 minute drive. The town square is a short walk and has a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants.
