Living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths. Perfect for families! Ski Shuttle to Waterville Ski area in the winter where you can take lessons, rent equipment, and enjoy the 6-person bubble chair! Winter also brings several cross-country trails that you can walk to! Snow tubing and plenty of snowshoeing exploration. In the summer, walk to the town square to enjoy shopping and food! Plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy! Year-round ice-skating, Corcoran's pond with boat rentals and beach, fireworks some nights, skate park and more! Drive to the scenic 9-hole golf course or the clay tennis courts- lessons available! We love spending our days in Town Square. The unit itself could use a little love, but it didn't bother us. Towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was clean. Great living/dining room set up. Otherwise the place is totally run down. Fireplace has been broken and labeled with peeling duct-tape “fire hazard” since 2018\. Linens, comforters, pillows, bunk bed… it’s all tired and everything needs to be replaced. The master bathroom has wallpaper that is all peeling off the walls and the half bath is almost unusable. The condo is best suited for “who cares it’s just a place to sleep” type people. I’d never rent this again. ##### Tanya H.
